A Brown Groundbreaking of 3 New Projects

A Brown Co rolls out 3 new projects for 2018 in a Groundbreaking Ceremony held on March 16, 2018 at The Peak, Xavier Estates, Cagayan de Oro City. All three projects are located within Xavier Estates.

The new projects are:

• The Terraces
• Ignatius Enclave at Xavier Estates Phase 6
• Ventura Residences II at Xavier Estates Phase 5B

The Peak, where the groundbreaking was held,  will be the highest point at Xavier Estates where the planned office building will rise as well as future development.

Details of the new projects will be disclosed sometime in the middle of this year or earlier.
